Jaime is a creative leader with over two decades of experience across multiple fields including engineering, technology, product, and operations. With a background in mechanical and controls engineering, she spent the first half of her career at NASA where she worked on robots that are still driving on the planet Mars today.
Jamie is currently the CTO of Whoop, a wearable device product providing members with the most in-depth fitness and health data, creating a 24/7 fitness and health coach. Her work history includes Apple, Hansen Medical, and Waymo. She was also a co-founder and CTO of Canvue, a startup producing connected infrastructure technology to enable autonomous driving.
She is a board member of the California Transportation Foundation and does mentoring work with a variety of organizations.
